Who was your first concert? What was the song you were really excited to hear them sing/play? Was it everything you were hoping for?
My first concert was Simple Plan, I was supposed to go with my younger brother as growing up we would listen to their music all the time. We also loved that they were a bilingual band as my brother and I are also bilingual (French & English). Unfortunately, though my brother had to work and so I ended up bringing my best friend. She was pretty excited but I think she got annoyed because I was signing every song. I don't know why but with Simple Plan, I just felt like I was that young teen again jamming to their music. I LOVED seeing them live and even ended up buying a CD that they all signed. It was pretty incredible. I also enjoyed that at one point of their concert they launched these giant beach balls and everyone was just bouncing them around the room. Definitely a concert I will never forget. I'm sad my brother wasn't able to come but I enjoyed it for sure.
